Elderly neighbour asked for help with a burst water pipe. A 10cm section, on external wall, not a difficult job. Googled a few local plumbers and found Fix It Right. Their plumber Chris came knocking within 2 hours. Burst section was replaced with new copper pipe. All good to go within 20 mins. My elderly neighbour was happy. I later sent a feedback to their office. Surprised to receive a call back from the owner Richard. Without a doubt this guy cares about his customers. The prompt response and subsequent personal callback from owner is worth all 5 Stars.
