Thanks mate. John. Review #2 We have now used Fix it Right Plumbing on a number of occassions and have been very satisified with their work and conduct. Joe came around to check some water damage in the ceiling. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. After some thorough testing, he explained it wasn't a leak in the roof, rather condensation that was forming and rectified the problem. Thanks mate John (again)!

From the first call to Shenae to the end, they were absolutely fabulous! Profesional and friendly staff, Chris the plumber arrived ahead of me and started to investigate the safety and health of the issue. When I arrived I was given a full report of the situation, followed with some options, which I was not pressured into taking in any way! Great service, Jack arrived and was prompt and did a thorough check of all our plumbing needs and explained what needed doing. Advised us of the cost and commenced the work straight away without any issues. On completion he again went through what work he had completed. Thank you Jack.

You know how you should always do your research before spending money on critical infrastructure. You can stop your research here. Fix-It Right Plumbing are the safe bet. Joseph talked us through exactly what needed to be done step-by-step; how much each step would cost; and how to minimise costs by doing one thing first and seeing if the other steps still needed to be done. On top of that, Joseph went out of his way to explain why some work was unnecessary given the bigger-picture issues. He could have had more paid work from us but instead he advised us that we are better off with a full renovation of the bathroom. He is honest which is why all our future plumbing work will be with Fix-It Right Plumbing - I believe they are setting the standard for the plumbing industry. To Joseph: We are very relieved that our kitchen sink, bathroom sink and main drainage are now unblocked - thanks to your advanced equipment and investigative efforts. We would have never known the real issue was that deep if we did not call you - we called you thinking that it was just a blockage in the pipes just under the kitchen and bathroom sink. You were very thorough when taking apart the pipes and cleaning them out for us and then showing to us what was in there - so we know they will be clear for a long time. Also, thank you for cleaning everything up around the main drainage in our backyard! 🙂

Had a leak from a top-floor bathroom that was staining a small ceiling area on the ground floor. Checked out various companies on google and eventually settled for Fix-it-right plumbing, as their website and reviews convinced me they were dependable. Brendan arrived, assessed the problem, talked me through what he was going to do, then gave me a quote before starting any work. I thought the price was fair so I accepted. While he couldn't fix the root cause (turns out it's a waterproofing/tiling issue in my shower), at least I know what to do next. He also checked other plumbing areas of my home and found a couple of defects which I agreed for him to fix. All in all, I was pleased with his service and professionalism.
