Dave did a job many other plumbers have failed to do in finding and fixing our blocked drain! Incredibly responsive, explained everything he was doing and involved us in each step. Transparent pricing. Absolutely recommend and would use again without hesitation!

Thank you 'Fix It Right Plumbing'! We had Wade attend our home to resolve a heinous toilet blockage. You might say "it was only a deuce, how bad could that blockage have been?"... well let me tell you that it was as unholy as anything I had seen in my life. Wade was the right man for the job; He was insightful, easy to talk with and, most importantly, he was about 7 ft. tall. Certainly only a man of his physique could handle something this diabolical. Wade talked me through all of my options and we agreed to progress with the cheapest option first, this involved him equipping himself with a gun that would have put the Ghostbusters to shame - Given what Wade was dealing with, it was the appropriate tool for the job. This worked and everything was right with the world by the time Wade left. Prior to leaving Wade also gave me some sage advice regarding our hot water system as well as additional questions I had about what it was like to be a real life Ghostbuster. Seriously, "Thank you" Wade. You are an excellent man, you did a fantastic job, and I believe you do God's work.

Dave did an excellent job of finding and fixing a leak that had developed in my front yard. I was so impressed with his prompt, efficient and friendly service I asked him too complete other plumbing jobs I had been putting off. Rather than telling me he would need to come another day he got stuck in and did them immediately. Dave demonstrated his ability to problem solve on the spot by coming up with a solution for connecting two down pipes to the storm drain, a tasks I have been struggling with for years. I was would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional and honest service.

Customer service team were quick to respond and offer suitable appointment options. Dave arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He clearly explained the options and costs. He worked efficiently, was proactive and kept me informed throughout the work completion. He also followed up with the water board several times in order to get them to attend site as required. Thoroughly recommend his work and attitude. Company prices seem competitive.
