Jason had done a good job. He found the burst pipe which hide inside the wall quickly with the professional equipment and fixed the problem in a hour. highly recommended

We have Daniel at our house to provide a quote for a new gas hot water system. He arrived on time. He's very patient and explained the whole process in detail. He provided multiple options and advised how to best save money on a new hot water system. He also asked us whether there are any other plumbing issues he can fix. We got Daniel to install our shower head.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Got things done right the first time. They are not the cheapest due to their business model of having to pay for a membership to get a better price, but they do good work.

The membership option is offered to all new customers to provide an option for a discount as well as give priority service and unlimited service calls for 12 months. It is a great way to save money on the cost of your repairs and really does have an advantage if you need multiple things done. This is when it is most effective. Jason takes extra care on every job and we are really glad that he got your hot water system sorted. Thanks again for your feedback - we will take it on board

super happy with the help i received. had a fairly urgent problem, and they were able to send someone out within a few hours to get it sorted. james was super cordial, and helped with resolve the urgent problem as well as some of the smaller issues i'd been having around the house. would definitely recommend to anyone within the service area, as well as anyone i know personally. will call them for any other issues that arise in the future 🙂

It was so easy to book a plumber for the next morning, rather than having to wait days to have our gas leak fixed. Jarrad was prompt, friendly, professional and explained everything extremely thoroughly so that I understood what he needed to fix and why. I would definitely use Fix It Right plumbing again.

Jason was great! He called before arrival and arrived on time, extremely polite and professional. Honest about the job and the associated charges and didn't overprice. He was able to fix the toilet there and then and cleaned up after. It is so nice to have a QUALITY tradesman arrive at your door. I would definitely use Fix it Right Plumbing again! Thanks

I was concerned about my logfire gas wall heater and organised a plumber to visit this morning. James was extremely prompt and although the heater was ok he thoroughly checked all appliances and systems and discovered a leak so gas had to be shut down. I was given a price and I said to progress with pipe replacement which James organised the materials and called in Jarrad to assist him. I am impressed with their ability and professionalism and job was completed promptly.
