Placed an online booking request on Saturday night to get my hot water system looked at. Got an SMS Sunday morning and after a few quick texts had the booking in for Monday morning. Chris turned up on time and walked me through a few options. He was very patient with the many questions I asked to make sure I made the right choice. In the end, even though the repairs were not too expensive, I opted to replace the unit due to its age (22 years). Chris did a great job and his workmanship was excellent. It's a bonus that these guys carry a spare unit and parts so they can just get on with it straight away. It does mean you're stuck with what they have if you want the job done immediately, but I guess you always have the option to ask for something else and schedule for another day. I'm sure the price could have been slightly cheaper if I took the time to shop around, but compared to the lost time and income I think this was great value. Would definitely recommend to others.

Thanks Don for such a detailed review. Chris is an amazing plumber with a very keen eye for detail, he always makes sure every hot water system he installs is the very best he can do. Thanks also for mentioning that he had a system on board. We conducted a lot of research before choosing the Aquamax 390 as our main unit. They are far superior to any other big brand system on the market and the stainless steel tank (and 12 year cylinder warranty) makes them last the longest. If they are installed correctly they will give many many years of trouble free use. We would have been happy to source another unit for you if you had a preference (And we don't do high pressure at Fix It Right Plumbing) so we'd be happy to do that. And do your system on the same day also. You made the right choice. Glad we could help and thanks again for your review, it means the world to us

Very satisfied with Daniel. He fixed everything we needed and was very professional. He explained everything and was mindful of not letting our cat out while he worked. After this experience we would recommend this company and Daniel.
