Excellent quality service. Jacob was here 15min earlier than I expected. The problem with my hot water ended up simply being that the pilot light was switched off after a storm but was concealed behind a difficult-to-open panel. 5 minutes later everything was fixed. I ended up not even getting charged. Definitely will be my go-to plumber for any jobs in the future.

We just had Jack to install water connection to our Fridge. He did a fantastic job. This was our first time and we would call them again if needed. Wouldn't call anyone else at any cost.

G’day Sunil, thanks legend for the review! Super happy how the plaster ended up after I cut it out then put it back in with minimum damage to install a new fridge point. The whole process of online enquiry for competitive quotation went smoothly from start to finish. All along, the office customer service girl kept me up to date when the plumber will show up to unblock my kitchen sink piping. I tell you plumbers are so busy with work these days that its hard to locate any. We had the services of plumber Jack to look after me. His quite was reasonable and fair. And he has the right tools for the right job. The pressure hoses and fittings used were top notch. Job done in reasonable time with the pipes cleared of blockage. Jack re tested it at the sink with hot water to ensure the blockage was cleared. Highly recommend Fix It Right as they sure Did It Right! Thanks Jack. Will call you back when the time comes.

Our hot water system was old and stopped working .I called fix it right plumbing and they were friendly over the phone and sent Jack out the next day. Jack was very professional and friendly and did an amazing job in getting a new unit for us .
