Heckter ( not sure on spelling) came to our house to fix two issues with showers. i booked online at about 9am and by 1130am both showers were fixed. Heckter was great. very professional and skilled plumber. excellent service all round. will be my go to for any plumbing issues i have from now on. highly recommended.

I had two toilets serviced! ie: replacing inlet valves, replacing cistern, new isolation stop tap at wall. Logistics excellent. Dave Casnji is punctual, helpful, polite, kept me informed of what he was doing and removed old toilet parts. Given fridge magnet also and discount when requested. Rang me 30 minutes before arrival so helped me to plan my day. Office staff also efficient and send documentation immediately. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

Called (Carrum Downs) on Monday morning in regards to water leaking from an old boiler system. Spoke to Claire from customer service and she was able to organise plumber-Jack to come out and assess the issue on the same day and an ETA. Jack called me up and gave me a heads up and a few hours later he rocked up on time. He made an assessment for a full replacement and did a stella job of installing and removal of the old system within 2hrs or so. He also checked all round the house for further issues. From making the phone call and install of the system, I have had a great experience with their customer service and professionalism. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend these guys/gals. Stay safe all!!!

Jack was punctual and informative. He provided clear and concise information about the problem and the available options. While the cost was relatively high, the quality of work and service was of a high standard. I guess you get what you pay for. If I require any plumbing services in the future, I won't hesitate to use Fix It Right again.
