I have some bad experiences before even with RACV home assist, but Fix It Right, did it very professionally. Their employee Adam was flawless from client experience, non-pushy explanations and most importantly his patience in making the customer at ease. He had all the equipment and I would have him come back for a cup of tea. They are that good.

Great guys. I got an incredibly quick reponse time and they're great at helping you in any way they can. Quite willing to negotiate financial strifes, which saved my skin ngl. Also highly professional and friendly which is always a plus.

1. Response time just plainly incredible. I rang up with a non-urgent issue Wednesday 5 pm, Dave was in front of my door 8 am Thursday. 2. All work was quoted up front and explained why it is needed, no surprises. 3. Great quality work in record time, Dave ended up fixing two long-outstanding issues and two preventive maintenance issues, all in record time but still good solid quality work; Dave double and triple checked all of his work to full satisfaction. 4. From my first call to the handshake at the end: friendly service. 5. Warmly recommended. 🙂
