James arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and the cost involved. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Although he was unable to fix the leak his investigations located where the leak was occurring and he contacted the appropriate authority to get it fixed. Thank you James

Sometimes when the leak is on the Water Authorities side we do need them to do the work (As they will often do it free of charge too which helps keep the bill down for you) but we are thrilled its all sorted now. I had a flexihose burst on me and thankfully this happened on the day I work from home - can't imagine what would've been the result if I was in the office. Adam was friendly and gave a few options on how to proceed. Once we agreed on the job, he was quick to do it and left everything clean and tight. Very easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks!

Ah yes Dennis, this can and does happen on a regular basis and it is really not pretty when it does. Sometimes a burst flexi hose will be left for days on end (holiday houses even longer) and gee whiz it makes a hell of a mess. Soo glad to hear we could catch it early and also glad to hear you enjiyed Adam's service too ????

Thanks James for helping and repairing our gas leak and “surprised” water leak. He made sure everything was safe and reconnected our water ASAP as he knew we had little kids (even Doing overtime). The repairs and payment process was explained clearly and we were given a number of different options to pay. Very professional during the works and we are very appreciative to have a house safe again. Many thanks

Our hot water system died and we were resigned to having cold showers for days. We are lucky to find Chris, who was able to turn up within the hour to check the system and confirm it was a better option to replace it. Was expecting a long wait for installation but he was able to instal the system that same day. He also checked other plumbing around the house for us. Very knowledgeable and professional and explained things well. Would highly recommend.
