replacing .. He sent photos ..however the only point I was disappointed with is that they use high cost fixtures and there are no alternatives...great quality although very expensive for my needs given it is a rental. As I live 2 hours away I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around and comparing quotes ..the tenants needed the job done! He was very polite and helpful.
