We had Fix it Right Plumbing for two plumbing services. Most recently, we had a bath tub leak that went through the ceiling on the first floor and Dave from Fix It right Plumbing was so professional and competent in carrying out the fix. He explained the exploratory process thoroughly and we proceed with the fix. At each stage of the fix, he would explained what he is doing and reassured us that in the event that if it does leak again, Fixit Right guarantee the workmanship and would come back and attend to the fix. When carrying out the repairs, Dave was clearly in his element and it was great to see someone who loves his job, carrying out the repairs. Dave was also polite, neat, friendly and honest person to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, he was first class in his approach. I also had Adam installed a mixer tap in my laundry room and he was great to deal with. When the leak did happen again, Adam came back and fix it. He was also very easy and friendly to deal with.

Thanks Dave for going above and beyond in fixing our broken storm water drain. I was very impressed with the professional response I received from my phone call in (where they asked the right questions to ensure that the right person was sent to do the job) through to Dave’s friendly demeanour, thorough approach to tackling the problem and his clean up afterwards. So impressed with the professionalism and genuine caring of all staff involved in this transaction. From booking the appointment over the phone with Rachel, communication was friendly, clear and informative. Then Dave tirelessly spent the day investigating the source of a mystery leak in my home. He conducted a very comprehensive and thorough investigation throughout the entire house, communicating with me and my husband every step of the way in terms of cost involved and course of action. It was such a relief for all of us when the source of the leak was pinpointed. Very evident that Dave genuinely cares about his work and the task at hand.
