The call centre responded very well with my initial call. Her guidance was nice and clear. Then Hector came today on time and fixed the sewer blockage with hard work. He is approachable, understanding and trustworthy. Clear price indication before the job with no call-out fee nor hourly-charge – Highly recommend Fix-It-Right Plumbing.

Jack from Fix It Right Plumbing showed he understood the blockage issues and was able to clearly explain the problem to us. He also encouraged us to ask questions which we did. Further more while under your house I found that I could smell gas so I quickly resolved that problem by re-running a new gas line. I was so lucky to secure an appointment with Jack! He was prompt, polite and listened to my concerns and then went about investigating what might be causing our plumbing issues. After a thorough assessment and taking the time to explain it all to me, we looked at prices to match our options and Jack answered all questions with confidence. I was happy with the proposed costings and Jack organised us a new toilet, fixed another toilet and serviced a leaking tap. He also assisted with what steps we could take next to improve our water pressure, hot water system and old tapware, but there was no pressure to complete those projects today. We will be enlisting Jack or one of his colleagues to assist us in the future! I would recommend Jack and Fix It Right Plumbing crew to anyone - you’ll be in good hands!
