We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. Brendan was pretty professional in fixing and replacing my long time leaking pipe on the wall and the job was nicely and neatly done. Also the tight tap in the shower was fixed quickly and nicely! Would recommend!

Really happy with the job, it was quick and Dave took the time to show me where the crack in the pipe was ( underneath the pavers) he managed to remove them with out cracking them and replace them. You can’t even tell, work has been done. Very happy, will recommend

Arron conducted a number of tests over two days in order to find the exact source of our mystery water leak. He was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak underneath our concrete driveway. He cut a very neat and small hole (about 50 x 50cm) in our driveway and found the pinhole-sized leak in the copper pipe and repaired it. He said it looked like it had been leaking for quite some time but because of where it was and its size, it had made it difficult to find. Arron also checked all the internal taps inside the house, and cleaned the tap filters which were dirty and fixed the water pressure issue in our en-suite shower which has made my husband very happy! This was all done at no additional charge. Whilst here, we asked Arron if he could also check our stormwater pipes. Arron put his camera and water jets down the pipes and discovered that we had a major blockage in one of our stormwater pipes just near our boundary under our front lawn. He returned a few days later. He dug a small 1m deep hole in our clay soil to expose the stormwater inspection pipe and junction where the blockage was and tried to blast it with jets but it wouldn’t budge. He managed to get a camera down past a tight tangle of tree roots and discovered that there was not only tree roots blocking the pipe but also the remains of a soccer ball, a tennis ball, a rubber ball and a spiky dog ball! Unfortunately, they were about 500mm past our boundary, but still technically in our pipe, so our problem. After discussions with some of his colleagues about how best to tackle it without having to involve the local council, it was decided that a much larger hole would be needed to get better access to the pipe on our side, to try and pull the balls out and then replace the pipe which was damaged and leaking. Some reinforcement arrived with the boss, Richard, driving from Carrum Downs to Werribee with a small bobcat digger. Richard and his digger made quick work on the hole and Arron was thankfully able to reach down into the pipe and remove all the balls and clear the pipe. Whilst Arron was doing this, Richard raced down to buy some additional supplies needed to repair the pipe and also a concrete sewer inspection pipe surround cover to put over the stormwater inspection pipe in the front lawn. When he returned, my husband mentioned that he had been looking at getting one of the concrete surrounds for sewerage inspection point in the back yard, so Richard jumped back in his van and raced back down to buy another one and when we asked how much it was, we were told there was no charge. Arron then replaced and repaired the stormwater pipe and then he and Richard filled the hole back in and cleaned up the area as best they could, which was tricky being sticky clay soil! We were very impressed with both Arron & Richard’s professionalism. They both followed Covid-19 Safety measures with mask-wearing and social distancing and Arron even offered hand sanitizer. Arron was very knowledgeable and was always polite and friendly. He provided a courteous phone call or text prior to arriving each day and was either early or right on time. He was also very tidy and clean and explained every step of the process, including costs involved and options for what turned out to be two very tricky issues and a huge 3-day effort. We would not hesitate to recommend the services of Arron and Fix It Right Plumbing and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing services we may require in the future. The professionalism displayed as well as attention to detail and customer satisfaction was second to none.

Excellent service! Made an online booking the night before at 8pm about a suspect water leaking and got call back within 5mins to confirm my details. Had Dave came in this morning with professional presentation, fully geared. Dave was polite and pleasant to deal with, he explained the process patiently prior of work and answered every questions I had asked. The leak spot was located after he ran back and forth of the house, definitely not a easy one and wouldn’t be able to spot it without his knowledge and equipment. Dave explained the cause of the leaking and helped fix it in a professional approach. Most importantly I believe the service was charged in a very reasonable price. If I am ever have a leak again, FINGERS CROSSED, I’ll be calling Dave.

Dave did an excellent job on a gas leaking heater that was pretty major.. he was friendly with great communication and a pleasure to deal with , kept me informed of the whole process and can't recommend him enough ..also very professional with dealing with our difficult landlord. thank you to the girl reception for a prompt response.
