recommended checking my pipes. Lucky we did because found lots of tree roots that were causing problems. He then replaced the affected pipes, removed the problem trees and once finished spread lawn seed to replace the grass that was lost. Arron always kept me informed of what was happening and what he was doing. He was polite and courteous at all times so highly recommend and would use this company again.

We had a gas leak, we had no idea to call I found these guys on google, they managed to fix the issue very quickly and also did an inspection of the house and provided optional work to fix ongoing issues, which I will be getting them to fix at later date. I would highly recommend they are very professional and explain everything, they also provide all electronic detailed report and billing not like the gumtree plumbers with hand written paper work. Great work guys will be contacting you guys again soon for future work.

Recently our hot water system broke and we engaged the services of Fix it Right Plumbing. From the first dealings with their staff on the phone (Shenae) we felt comfortable that we were dealing with a professional, caring company. This professionalism continued after the job had been completed with Shenae being prompt and very helpful with email responses. The company sent out a Arron the next morning to assess whether the system could be fixed and if not, the cost of installing a new system. Unfortunately the system could not be fixed and we needed a new system installed. Arron provided advice of the best system to purchase, its warranty and cost. He was also able to arrange very quick delivery of the unit within an hour or so. One of the great things about Arron is his high level of attention to detail. As he was installing the unit, he discovered that it was highly likely a draft that was going to exist between the new unit and house (caused by the previous unit being embedded into the house). He gave us the option to install some insulation to mitigate this issue. The company also seems to take a holistic approach to plumbing. That being, Arron could have been satisfied that he had done his job but installing the hot water unit. However, he discovered that the overflow was not connected to any drains and was just going into a hole that looked like a drain. Arron was able to fill the old hole with cracker dust (we were given the option of concreting) and redirected the overflow to a proper drain. This prompted Arron to clean the gutters as well as put a camera into the drains to ensure that there were no blockages. Unfortunately Arron was able to detected that a tree root from a neighbouring property had caused the storm water drain pipe to crack. Arron was able to flush some of the tree root out but needed to get down to the drain and remove the root. Arron spoke to his boss and arranged for a bobcat to arrive and in doing so cut and removed a slab of concrete - while doing so, he discovered an additional slab of concrete that he jackhammered before he could dig to the drain. Arron regularly provided us updates in what he was doing (including setbacks and successes) and gave us options of how to proceed. Not only did Arron proceed to remove the root and replace the drain pipe, he then proceeded to direct the drain to the surface so that, should any issues occur with that drain in the future, access will be so much easier and cheaper. I should add that Arron needed to make a couple of trips to the local tip (some of which was due to Arron also needing to knock down a shed to access the drain - which he did completely on his own). Not only did he do this, but he invited us to fill the remainder of his trailer with general waste from our property that we might want to throw out - something he didn't need to do. Arron worked tirelessly for 4 days on fixing plumbing issues at our house. We didn't notice him having breaks across the days. It was also very impressive how expansive Arron's repertoire of general trades is - he is very skilled, knowledgable and a good communicator. Hopefully we don't need a plumber for some time now, however, should the need arise, we would be happy to contact Fix it Right Plumbing without hesitation. thanks Arron (matey)

Daniel was very efficient not only did he do his job well and was quick, he also was so friendly with the kids, he used the hand sanitiser every time he visited and it was clear that he had a genuine concern for health and safety during this pandemic. He was thorough with his work, made sure that he checked the dishwasher is functioning, no leakes, no bends in the drainage pipes etc. etc. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to refer them as their work, professionalism, and customer service is beyond the expectations I have ever had for a plumbing service. They are reasonably priced and their after installation service has been exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for installing my dishwasher. Thank you Daniel and Fix it Plumbing. A special thank you to their admin team - Shanae for prompt and polite call responds and emails.
