Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

Highly Recommended Daniel and his team! We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Very impressed with their service and professional advise. Most of the other plumbers attended previously left and never return to solve our problems. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I called up today and spoke to a lovely lady, I explained the concern with my Mums shower and she advised that someone could go out today and inspect, explained how everything would work. I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. We had leaking pipe/tap in the kitchen, and we used Fix It Right's online forms to book a request for a plumber to come out urgently. Shanae from FIR was on the phone to me within 5 minutes locking in a time for one of their plumbers to come out to us. Chris came to us at the agreed time, replaced our tap, and also fixed some other plumbing issues we'd been putting off for a while. All in all we were happy with the end result, and felt FIR were very responsive to our needs.

Chris contacted us immediately after booking and arrived on time. Fixed our hot water tap in the laundry, cleaned our drains. Both Chris and Richie were really understanding and supportive when we were not happy with our kitchen tap. They came back and installed our preferred tap without any additional cost. We highly recommend their service. Thanks guys, we are very happy:)

I have used Fix it Right Plumbing twice. On both occasions they have been outstanding. They have done a full check of all our plumbing needs and swiftly repaired all dripping taps and replaced the old plastic taps with high quality metal taps. Highly recommended.

Adam was an absolute legend. He was the only plumber after 4 others that could find the source of a very complex leak in our apartment. Thanks for allowing me to locate the ongoing water leak that has been affecting you, as well as your neighbours properties (for almost two years?!)
Like I said at the very start “ I’m going to be the last plumber looking for this leak!”
It is always difficult for customers to have these hard to find leaks with little help from their initial builder, especially on large multi level apartment complexes like your own.
We love working with customers like yourself though, in appreciating the work we do and giving us free reign to find your issues as well as follow up with reporting to body and owners corporations as well staying with you until your concerns are vanquished, so that finally after so long you can move on with what should have been initially a relatively easy to locate concern.

Daniel did a good job. He fixed the issue I had and explained why repairs were necessary and what caused the issue. The booking system was good in that I got a call to say he would be a little later than planned.

I have always found it difficult to find a trades service that demonstrates that they value the customer. Starting with speaking with Shenae to arrange a call out, through to the job being completed professionally by Dave, I particularly appreciated the communcation updates. Their business model is fair for both customer and company. I must admit to not comparing prices, but I really felt like Dave was genuinely trying to do his very best for us. I will gladly use this company again.
