We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. I had an issue with a bathroom tap not working. As a result I got three separate quotes for the job. The first claimed I needed a valve regulator attached to the meter before the tap could be fixed. The second plumber told me I also needed to replace the garden tap pipe. Fix it right was my last quote. Dave had a different view - valve regulator was not a requirement for my older home nor did the pipe need replacing. Dave carried out tap replacements on the spot. Dave was honest with me and did the work required albeit at a reduced cost. Dave was pleasant and professional. Shenae from the office also communicated with me to keep me informed. This was appreciated. Now my go to plumbers! Highly recommended.

There was no obvious cause for the problem we had, and Brendan was very thorough with his investigation - to the point of finding an additional problem that if not picked up would have caused a larger issue down the track. Brendan was very friendly and polite, provided upfront costs and kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend.

Aaron spent a good day at our place replacing the hot water system and fixing various taps. He was professional and gave us a clear breakdown of the fixes needed. Very pleased with our experience using Fix It Right. We made an online enquiry for addressing a leak in shower and arranged for an appointment. Aaron was allocated plumber for the job and gave us a ring an hour before the appointment to advise us his precise time of arrival. Apart from addressing the shower leak, Aaron performed inspections on the remaining plumbing fittings and provided us a detailed feedback on the issues identified along with the view if any of the issues need to be addressed as a matter of importance. There was no pressure on us to commit to any of the items and really upfront on cost and recommendations.
