Highly recommend Fix It Right Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Corey was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the job he provided a cost that I think was very competitive and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

We have some very complicated plumbing issues in a house we recently moved to, Daniel done a very detailed analysis on everything throughout the house and provided different options for us to consider. Corey again did an superb job this time. Not until the old water heater was dismantled that we found a large cavity in the external wall that was left behind in the installation of the old heater as well as the messy piping layout. It’s a tedious and difficult task to have everything fixed but Corey showed his professionalism and expertise during the process. Not only had he completed the installation of a new water heater and properly realigned all the pipes, he also worked hard in coming up with good solution in covering the cavity with a nice-looking cement sheet. It took him a long time to have the whole job completed but he never complained about it. He finished it with excellent workmanship. I have no hesitation to recommend your company to friends and family.

I received a call from Mitch when he was at mum's,he explained everything and gave a very reasonable quote, he had the whole job done before the time he was even booked to arrive. Landscaping our front yard and required all our old storm water drainage replaced. Daniel was amazing! He explained everything in detail at every step and did a fantastic job. We were working in the yard at the time and he was a great source of knowledge, we were so grateful for all his help. Feels good to know we now have a plumber we can rely on in the future.

Jack was very professional with his work. He had very patient approach while fixing the leak on the garden tap pipe, which required bit of complex work around the concrete. But he managed to replace the pipe without any issue. Really good customer service too.

managed to have Brendan come out later in the afternoon. Our pilot light for the hot water system went out and couldn't relight, Brendan was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to give me quotes for repairing or replacing the unit. He even waited patiently while I called my dad (the homeowner) to see what option he wanted. Once we made a decision Brendan was very quick with the repair and even explained a few things to me so I knew what he was doing. He wasn't super pushy about their membership and wasn't rude or passive aggressive after we declined to join which I think is super important as some businesses will instantly treat you differently when you don't buy their upsell. The price didn't seem too high but I haven't had much experience with plumbing services so some may think differently. Overall really happy with the service provided and Brendan's patience was greatly appreciated.

Found them online. Dave was on time for the quote appointment and explained the nature of the issues and the potential causes, advised on the investigation prices and repairs prices, provided pros and cons of the solutions. After a brief discussion we agreed on the work and Dave completed them with some time to spare. We agreed on potential further maintenance to be addressed. Overall, great experience, great service and great pricing structure allowing to tackle issues in isolation. Definitely recommended!
